As the owner of The Elevatory®, Nikki leads all business strategies with a focus on clarity, purpose, and sustainable growth. Her strength lies in helping business owners step back, define the right direction, and streamline their operations so everything works together efficiently.
Nikki takes a holistic view of each business — analysing numbers, team structure, leverage, and marketing — to ensure decisions are commercially sound and aligned with clear goals. She’s known for cutting through complexity, identifying inefficiencies, and building practical, stepped plans that support long-term growth without burnout.
With a background in sales and education, Nikki brings a grounded, strategic approach, equipping clients with the structure, mindset, and tools needed to move forward with confidence..

Jo is your go-to for tech and optimisation. From websites and funnels to Google Ads and SEO, she makes sure every click counts - and that your digital systems run like a dream.
With a career background spanning ecommerce, pricing strategy, and online marketing (including a stint at Qantas Holidays and a major media agency), Jo brings a practical and detailed approach to everything she touches.
She’s been with The Elevatory® since 2016 and has helped hundreds of clients demystify their data, track what matters, and build smooth, high-converting funnels.
Jo lives in Melbourne with her daughter. You’ll find them cheering on the Essendon Bombers during the AFL season.

Caroline Fenton
Digital Marketing & Ads Strategist
Caroline is our digital marketing all-rounder with a knack for building sales funnels that convert and Meta™ Ads that perform.
With a background in psychology, marketing, and comms, she blends creativity with data to help you attract, engage and convert the right customers. She’s also a certified Meta Ads trainer who’s worked with names like Amy Porterfield to deliver high-level ad strategies to global audiences.
Caroline runs our Meta Ads division, managing our team of specialists to deliver performance-focused campaigns for our clients.
She’s based in sunny Perth with her two kids and will definitely outrun you on a jog.

Kristy brings over 15 years of experience in product-based ecommerce, as both a business owner and coach.
She supports founders to find their sweet spot - where profitability meets what they genuinely enjoy and excel in.
Her strength lies in deeply understanding the customer and building profitable journeys from first touchpoint through to repeat purchase.
She takes a data-led approach, diving into analytics, sales patterns, and financials to uncover growth opportunities.
Kristy joined our team in 2026 and supports clients with big-picture strategy, financials, leadership, and people management.
Her experience spans DTC, wholesale, and international distribution across multiple ecommerce platforms.

Bay is the newest member of our team - and she’s a force. With nearly 10 years of running her own successful business, she knows exactly what it takes to move from scrappy survival to smart, sustainable growth.
Her superpower is combining buyer psychology, marketing know-how, and clear commercial thinking to help you generate leads, close sales, and improve profitability.
She makes the hard stuff (like financials and data) easy to understand - and her coaching style is clear, direct and empowering.
When not coaching, she’s baking up a storm or exploring the Aussie bush with her dog, Diesel.
